How does your mail-in service work?

It's simple once you fill out the form, one of our technicians will get in touch with you, offer you a quote, and send you, the shipping label.

How does your pick-up service work?
We operate our pick-up service in the greater toronto area. Where we come to you, pickup the device fix it, and deliver it back.

How long does mailing usually take?

Depending on location, provider, and also which shipping method chosen by the customer. How fast or slow is up to YOU to decide.

What if it breaks after we fix it?

We have a 60 day warrenty for free, that comes with every repair made. If it breaks during the first 60 days it will be repaired again no questions asked.

How long does it take to fix?

Depending on the product and the problem the average time is 45 Minutes.

What kind of devices do you fix?

If electricity passes through it, we can fix it. Starting at but not limited to Apple, Samsung, LG, Playstation, Sony, Xbox, Microsoft, Acer, Asus, HP, and Dell.
